Google Trends :: Searches for “Apparel Online” May Help Your Apparel Sale

According to Google Trends, the search for "apparel online" is a steady one, and it might just help your apparel sale, if you’re having one.

You can see, based on the searches that although the search term hit some rough spots in 2005 and 2006, it has remained steady in 2007.  When looking at the keywords searched around "apparel online," there is almost always another term involved, such as "women’s" or "men’s." 

When marketing your apparel online, or any apparel sale that you may have, make sure to make your keywords specific for the best results.  If you are selling plus size fashions for example, put that ahead of apparel.  The lesson here is that vague search terms do not always heed the best results.
